Peak Fitness was founded by Manny Johnson — a college student who discovered the power of fitness through his own journey of self-improvement.
After overcoming personal challenges and building confidence in the gym, he turned his passion for health and strength into a mission to help others transform their lives. The Peak Fitness method was never built in a vacuum — it was built rep by rep, on the floor, after long days of school and longer nights of figuring out who he wanted to become.
Raised in Yonkers and Brooklyn before settling in Fishkill, NY, Manny coaches with the same edge those neighborhoods raised in him — direct, loud when it needs to be, quiet when you need to be heard. He is dedicated to helping clients build lasting habits, achieve their goals, and become the strongest version of themselves.
Today he trains clients ages 16 through the mid-30s — in person around the Hudson Valley and online worldwide. Some are first-time lifters. Some are returning after a rough year. All of them get the same thing: maximum effort, minimum lies, and a program that adapts as fast as the body does.
