Peak Fitness (“we,” “us”) is operated by Manny Johnson. This site is static and does not collect personal information through forms. We do not run analytics that identify individuals.

Information you give us directly

If you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever message you choose to send. We use this information only to respond to you and to coordinate coaching services if you become a client.

Coaching client data

If you become a client, we collect the information necessary to program your training: body metrics, training history, goals, photos you choose to share, and lift logs. This data is kept private and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies & tracking

The website does not set marketing cookies. Standard server logs may record IP addresses, browsers, and timestamps for security and uptime purposes.

Your rights

You may request a copy of any personal data we hold, or ask that we delete it, by emailing mannylifts845@gmail.com.
