Three programs.
One trainer.

Reboot, Rhythm, Roots. Online or in person. Pick one or stack all three. Pricing isn't the conversation — fit is.

No prices. No fake countdown. No guaranteed dates.

Prices depend on you — your goal, your week, your fit. We talk first. Then it's easy to answer.

Deadlines are anxiety dressed up as marketing. Bodies don't run on calendars. I give you the plan and the receipts as we go — nothing on the fridge with a red circle.

Maximum effort from both of us, every week. That's the only number that matters.

Minimum lies. If something isn't working, I tell you. If you're slacking, I tell you that too.

FOUNDATIONS · 4–8 WEEKS

REBOOT

For the first-time lifter, the post-injury return, or anyone who walks into the gym and feels watched.

Reboot is built for the human who's either never trained with a real program, or has tried and bailed because nothing felt repeatable. We start with form, breathing, and the basics — the unsexy stuff every influencer skips because it doesn't make a good reel. By the end of week two, you'll know exactly how to set up a hinge, a squat, a press, and a pull without thinking about it.

The mental piece runs parallel. Gym anxiety is real, and pretending it's not is how most beginners get pushed out within a month. We work on the small habits — when you arrive, where you park your bag, which corner of the floor you treat as yours — that take the gym from a hostile room to a routine. The goal of Reboot is not a body. The goal is to make showing up automatic, so the body has time to follow.

What you get: a four-day weekly split written for your schedule, video form checks, a simple nutrition baseline, and weekly check-ins by text. By the end of Reboot, most clients are squatting and benching loads they didn't think they had, and — more importantly — actually want to keep going.

PROGRAMMING · ONGOING

RHYTHM

For the lifter who's past the basics and wants real progression — strength, hypertrophy, visible change.

Rhythm is the engine of Peak Fitness. Once you can move, the question becomes: how do we keep getting better, indefinitely, without breaking? This is programmed training built around how you actually live — your sleep, your school schedule, your job, your social life. Four to five sessions a week, periodized in mesocycles, with deloads scheduled before your body has to ask for one.

Every block has a specific intent. We'll alternate between strength phases (heavier, lower reps, top sets) and hypertrophy phases (more volume, smarter exercise selection, harder pumps) so the body never plateaus and the brain never gets bored. You'll see your numbers climb in real time on a shared tracker, and you'll see the photos shift month to month.

What you get: a custom weekly program updated monthly, exercise demos, progression-loaded spreadsheets, weekly check-ins with photos and lift logs, and adjustments any time something stops working. Rhythm is the program clients stay on for six to twelve months — because the body keeps showing up with new gifts.

NUTRITION & MIND · MEMBERS

ROOTS

For the client who's training but eating like a teenager — or eating fine and still not seeing the change.

Roots is the nutrition and mindset layer that turns a good program into a transforming one. Most of the people I work with under-eat protein, over-eat junk at night, drink almost no water, and sleep four hours less than their body needs. We don't do crash diets, we don't do meal plans you'll hate by week three — we build a balanced eating rhythm that actually fits the day you described to me on intake.

Morning meal, walk, a higher-carb lunch before the gym, a higher-protein dinner after. Sleep seven to eight hours and we re-stack the next day. That's the framework. Inside it we tune your daily calories and macros based on whether you're cutting, holding, or chasing size — and we change those numbers any time your goal does.

The Roots layer unlocks the full Peak Fitness nutrition calculator — calorie target, macros, water, sample day. You consult with me first, become a member, and the numbers are yours.
