By using peakfitness (the “Site”) and any coaching services offered by Manny Johnson (“Coach”), you agree to these Terms.

No medical advice

The Site, including the nutrition calculator and blog content, is for general informational and educational use only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified physician before starting any training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury.

Assumption of risk

Strength training carries inherent risk of injury. By engaging in any program or following any content from this Site, you assume full responsibility for that risk.

Coaching services

Coaching is delivered remotely or in person, as agreed at intake. Fees, scope of work, and cancellation policies are set out in an individual coaching agreement signed before services begin. No guarantee of specific results or timelines is made.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the calculator logic, written articles, and visual design, is owned by Peak Fitness and may not be republished without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peak Fitness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or any coaching services.
